1.1 Tournament detail
Rainbow Six SEA Community Cup is tournament for Hong Kong, Taiwan and SEA player.
The tournament will be divided into three phases. 4 weeks for each phases.
Each season will be divided into Open Qualifier and Monthly Finals two stages
First three weeks is Open Qualifier and the fourth week is Monthly Finals
All team need to register again for each Open Qualifier. The highest of 8 teams will go to Monthly Finals.
Open Qualifier points for different phases cannot be accumulated.
1.2 Open Qualifier

Open Qualifier start on Sunday of the first three weeks of each season at 12n.n.(GMT+8)
The game will be played in the form of knockout. According to the system lottery results.The system will be based on the registration time has been assigned to the match up. Upper team have server option(AS/SEAS/WJA) and first ban/pick map.
Both sides alternate ban/pick map. Until the last one.
All players have responsibility to pass the result to vs.cga website when the match finish.
Every weekly match end. The team in the final ranking to get the game Point.

*If No.8 & 9 got same game point after three week. They need to play addition match on Saturday 12n.n. (GMT+8)
1.3 Monthly Finals
Monthly Finals will start at 12n.n.(GMT+8) of each fourth Sunday
Quarter Final will be conducted in BO1. Semi Final and Final will be conducted in BO3.
Match up will according to game scores of Open Qualifier. No.1 vs No.8, No.2 vs No.7, etc.
Upper team have server option and first ban/pick map.
Quarter Final : Both sides alternate ban/pick map. Until the last one.
Semi Final and Final: : Both sides alternate ban/pick map. Until the last three.

2.1 Preparation and Disconnect
Game starts When the game enters the Ban Map screen, both sides are not allowed to leave.
If the player disconnect in 15 seconds after start the match and both side are no any contact. The round will restart. If over 15 seconds, the round will be continue
If the same team gets disconnected three times, they will be disqualified.
3.1 Registration
Each team is required to have at least 5 members and maximum 7 players including backups.
Every team must finish registration before every Friday 15:00(GMT+8). All team members must been CGA member.
All applicants must be currently staying in Hong Kong, Taiwan and SEA (not including China and Australia) AND must provide Uplay ID.
Team slots are available on a first come, first served basis and are limited to maximum 32 teams.
If any team request for a member swapping, they are required to send the request info to info@cga.hk 1 day before the tournament start. It is not allowed to swap more than 3 members. If the team has already played the first match, no swapping is allowed.
Pro teams and their members are not allowed to take part in this tournament.
4.1 Tournament regulations:
Applicants are required to agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. All photos/videos took during the tournament may be used for advertising purpose by CGA and Ubisoft.
All applicants are required to have CGA membership and are their registered team’s member. (CGA will verify their account’s info and their team’s registration info before the tournament starts)
Each applicant can only represent one single team.
Player’s nicknames are not allowed to include any offensive wordings.
Price winners are required to show their identity documents before prize giving.
Price winners are required to authorize all advertising use of the photos/videos took during the tournament.
Organizer has the right to use applicant’s name, appearance and results for future advertising purpose. Organizer also has the right to re-distribute tournament materials freely with or without partner companies (through WAN or LAN).
If the tournament is delayed/cancelled under any circumstances, CGA will not be responsible for any compensation (except the entry deposit).
CGA will contact the prize winners according to the info stated in registration form. Further changes will not be accepted.
Any charge or taxes from transnational remittances will deducted from prize
Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, transfer nor return.
5.1 Rule Enforcement and Disqualification:
Unless the team still hasn’t finished the previous match, they are required to have all players ready within 15 minutes after the match start. If the opponent’s team is failed to do so, please contact our helpers.
Player’s forbid modify Uplay ID on tournament period.
When being found out using glitches or hacks, those teams will be immediately disqualified.
Any actions that result in an unfair advantage are illegal. This includes bug and glitch using of any kind. (Placing deployable shield at a window's entrnce to stop attackers to vault in) In the tournament by using any bug or glitch, the team will be disqualified.
The team who's hosting needs to host the game following the rules that are provided, the opposing side has the responsibility to check if the settings are correct, if any issues are found, please contact a CGA admin while the game is proceeding, any disputes on the settings after the match has ended will not be accepted.
CGA has the right to disqualify any player who fake or try to fake their identity, as well as those who try to interfere with voting results.
If Players have any connection delay(Ping) before the match start. Please contact staff/Judge. CGA Will have the right to change the game server as appropriate.
CGA reserve the right to claim compensation for any damage or loss if applicants violate the rules.
If the match is not possible to continue under unexpected situations (e.g. Server error), judges has the right to pick a winner or restart the match according to the situation.
Players can request pausing if they come across any of the situation listed below:
Sudden failure in tournament hardware setups.
Severe lag.
Player severe sickness.
E-sports built on Respect and Sportsmanship. Collusion of any kind with the competitors is considered cheating. They will be severely punished if there is evidence (e.g. Screenshots/video) support.
5.2 Remarks:
CGA and Ubisoft reserve the right to amend these tournament rules without prior notice.
CGA reserves the right to amend the tournament time and flow without prior notice.
Should any dispute arise, the decision of CGA and Ubisoft shall be final.
In case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Match result will announce in CGA, Ubisoft Facebook Page and tournament website.
