Hong Kong Qualifier
A. Important Notes
All participants must read all parts of the Rules and Regulations/Terms and Conditions/Statement and Disclaimer/Indemnity.
Hong Kong Tourism Board (the Organiser) and/or Cyber Games Arena Limited (CGA, the Event Manager) has the right to contact the applicants to seek information regarding their application. CGA will disseminate relevant information to all Participants by email. Please ensure that the registered email address is valid and checked regularly.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject applications from participants who violate any of the Rules and Regulations/Terms & Conditions for all future e-sports tournaments organised by the Organiser and/or CGA.
The results of the competition will be announced on the official event website.
B. RULES & REGULATIONS
All players must check in at the designated time by the Organiser. Teams not present within the specified time will be deemed to have automatically forfeited participation right in the competition.
Each person can only participate in one team.
Each team needs a minimum of four players and can register up to five players. One of the players on the field is designated as the captain and one is designated as the substitute. If a team has only four members, it is considered that there is no substitute. In the case of reviewing the substitute, only four persons will be counted.
Team members must not be staff, personnel, agents or contractors of the Organiser and/or CGA throughout the competition period.
The survival points:
TPP (third person perspective) will be used in this event.
Game points are based on the game settlement screen (number of kills and ranking).
15 points for each kill;
Top five teams of preliminary advances to semi-final;
Top eight teams of semi-final advances to EMFHK final;
If the same score is met in the final settlement, team with highest total team kills wins;
If the same total team kills are met, team with highest scores in last game wins; if the same scores in last game are met, team with higher ranking in last game wins;
Players must have sportsmanship; cheating, intentional use of BUG, teaming up with opponent, provocation, causing trouble etc will be permanently banned from all events organised by the Organiser and/or CGA.
Disconnect or a serious bug affects player to play:
Before the start of the game: If you are on board the plane, but not all team members successfully enter the game or board the plane, the event will start again.
After the start of the game: If a player jumps off a plane, any situation that a player cannot be returned to the game or a serious BUG affects the play of a player, we will use the ‘compensation point’ method to compensate the player. (Since PUBG Mobile does not have a pause, other players will continue to play.)
Compensation score calculation:
Any situation where a disconnection cannot be returned to the game or a seriousBUG affects the number of games played by the player
The number of games that need to be played in this group
The number of kills of the player
15 points (kill points)
The calculation formula is:
D x (C/(B-A)=compensation score
Compensation points note:
It will be calculated after the group match is completed.
The upper limit of the preliminary compensation points is 45 and the upper limit of the final compensation is 105 points.
The lower limit of the compensation points is 15 (if compensation points is 0-14 points, which will be calculated as 15 points)
If the (B-A) part is calculated, the number is 0, which will be calculated as 1
The compensation points do not have a decimal place and will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
In the event of a disconnection or force majeure, CGA has the final decision and decides whether to rematch.
Rules of the game:
Players who sign up to participate must have a PUBG Mobile game account.
All information on the game server will be based on the current version of PUBG Mobile.
Players are strictly forbidden to use the plug-in and the macro setting button during the game. If the above content is used in the game, CGA has the right to cancel the player's right to participate.
The match should be played with four players. If a team lacks a player, the team will be removed before the start of the match.
If players cannot play at the scheduled start time, the team will be disqualified.
When a player ‘dies’ in the game or his/her team loses, the player or team cannot leave the seat until indicated by the referee.
If a player is disconnected during a match, the other players can continue the game.
After all players enter the game, they cannot move and control the character before boarding the plane. If any player performs an operational control role before boarding the aircraft, the verbal warning will be given for the first time and for the re-offender, official will have the right to cancel the qualification of the team.
All the characters of the contestants need to remove the weapon skin inside the game; Gear and all items in the closet must not be used.
If any team is collaborating with other teams or communicating during the competition, the teams will be disqualified immediately.

All players must be able to participate in the online qualifier and offline final.
