B. RULES & REGULATIONS

Each team needs a minimum of five players and can register up to six players. One of the players on the field is designated as the captain and one is designated as the substitute. If a team has only five members, it is considered that there is no substitute. In the case of reviewing the substitute, only five persons will be counted. The roster is subject to the offline sign-up list.
The winning teams of the qualifiers have to submit their valid identity documents to prove they are an eligible player for the specific game region. If any team member is unable to provide the identity on time or cannot prove that his/her place of birth or place of residence matches the region, the team might be disqualified and replaced by the next ranking team.
Offline sign-up must be registered with an ID card or other valid identity document at the finals in Hong Kong.

Opening a room and entering the room must be efficient; teams must act within 3 minutes after referee makes decision. If the team fails to do so it is considered a waiver.
The gamer shall not intentionally quit the game throughout the competition. If this occurs, the offender shall be deemed to have abstained from the game.

If players pause or cancel the game without the permission of the referee, it will be considered as an act that affects the fairness of the game. CGA has the right to impose penalties on players and their teams.
If the game cannot be paused and cannot continue normally, referee can decide that the game needs to be restarted. Both teams need to use the normal room directly, select the same champions, summoner skills etc to enter the game. If there is a secret change, the team will be disqualified.
